Access to justice is increasingly recognised as a significant social issue

There are many individuals and small to medium-sized businesses and organisations for whom the cost and process of litigation can be a major problem.

The nature and cost of litigation make it inaccessible for many in our community.  am registered to undertake legal aid for civil litigation for individuals, however a portion of my practice is dedicated to pro bono legal services for organisations who require help with legal services. I am available to discuss legal assistance.
